NTW-E17400SL 4FE / 4GE + WIFI EPON ONT is a GEPON Wi-Fi ONU Optical Network Unit equipped with one GEPON port, four 10/100/ 1000Mbps RJ-45 LAN ports and with WIFI build inside. The unit offers a high-end line with IEEE 802.11b/g/n standard multi-terminal product , allows residential and office users the ability to share an ultra high-speed fiber optical broadband connection.



Supplement a Fiber-to-the-Home Network 4 + wifi EPON ONU

GEPON ONU 4 + wifi is an ideal unit to add to a FTTH broadband fiber access network. With its built-in 1.25Gbps GEPON fiber interface, supports different optic types for WAN and can raech a distance of up to 20km via its fiber connection. The unit can handle multiple high-throughput services such as IPTV, on-line gaming and Internet access while maintaining high-speed performance with its QoS features. The highly reliable and scaleble solution can further be applied in the network of SOHO (small office or home office) or small businesses to provide high-performing access services.


Fiber to the home can use a passive optical network.

• 1000BASE-PX10 defined in Clause 60 (added by IEEE Std 802.3ah-2004), providing P2MP 1000 Mbit/s Ethernet links over PONs, at the distance of at least 10 km, at the split of at least 1:16.
• 1000BASE-PX20 defined in Clause 60 (added by IEEE Std 802.3ah-2004), providing P2MP 1000 Mbit/s Ethernet links over PONs, at the distance of at least 20 km, at the split of at least 1:16.
